Frequently asked questions

• Why is analysis slow? Everything runs on your device with no network access. A batch usually takes a few seconds to tens of seconds (about 4.5s for 197 photos in our tests).
• Some photos were skipped. If an original exists only in iCloud, the app will not download it. Open those photos in the Photos app, zoom to 100% (or tap Edit) and wait for the download to finish, then analyze again.
• Does the app delete or move my photos? No. It only reads photos for analysis. "Add to Favorites" simply marks the selected photos as favorites, which you can undo in the system Photos app.
• I bought the unlock but features are still locked. Tap "Restore Purchases" on the unlock screen. The purchase follows your Apple ID, so it also works after switching devices or reinstalling.
• What are the free tier limits? Up to 100 photos per analysis run, unlimited runs. The one-time unlock removes the limit and enables sharing selected originals.
• Why did my photos not group well? Grouping depends on analyzing a batch together. If you split photos into many small batches, similar shots across batches will not be grouped.
• Sharing says "original not on this device". Same iCloud reason: download the originals in Photos, then tap "Retry these".
